The NAOPIA selects elite personal injury attorneys from each state based on a predetermined set of criteria. In order to be selected as a Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney Under 40, prospective candidates must be nominated by a licensed practicing attorney. The NAOPIA committee then evaluates these attorneys based on their experience, skill, expertise, and success in their field. The most accomplished attorneys from this group are then sent to the NAOPIA Board of Governors who then select the “Top 10” for each state.
