The Wichita criminal defense Attorney Jonathan W. McConnell is proud to support The Kansas African American Museum (TKAAM). Located near downtown Wichita, Kansas, TKAAM is the premier home of Kansas African American history and artifacts.

About The Kansas African American Museum

TKAAM is housed in the former Calvary Baptist Church that was built in 1917 and was once the cornerstone of Wichita’s vibrant black community. The building has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1993.
About the Cowry Shell Leadership Society
McConnell recently qualified to be included in the TKAAM’s Cowry Shell Leadership Society, which honors and recognizes donors who have made significant gifts of $1,000 or more. Each year, there is a Cowry Shell Leadership Society Dinner, where generous donors are able to connect.
